How to Purchase?

1) If you see anything you like, copy and paste the description of the shoes and email us at Karats.shoes@gmail.com for size availability and enquiries. The email should state the contact persons' name, mobile number, item description, quantity and delivery mode (meet-up/self-collect at Farrer Park MRT or Novena MRT postage/courier). If it is a gift, please include recipient's name and mobile number. We'll either call/email you to confirm your orders and advise the delivery charges if any.

2) You can also call 9387-0387 (11am-7pm on Monday-Friday or 11am-3pm on Saturday) to arrange for a fitting session.

3) As many of our shoes and accessory items come in 1-2 pieces only, sales would be on first pay first served basis.

4) Upon confirmation, please make payment for your purchases by bank transfer to POSB Savings Account. Account code will be sent to you.

Other Terms
- All goods are quoted in Singapore currency.
- Goods will only be delivered upon full payment received.
- Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
- Delivery charges applies. Waived for purchases above S$150 for local delivery only.
